Below outlines the delivery options offered by Lyvit:

Most orders to the UK are received within 3-4 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 7-10 working days before contacting us for issue of a replacement.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday or placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday.

All UK orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day, however we ask that you allow 7 working days for the product to be delivered to your door, in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail. For deliveries to Europe, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 21 days.

Orders are regularly subject to routine checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow 7 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 days for Europe and 21 days for the Rest of the World before contacting us on the whereabouts of your order.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within this time frame, please contact Hello@Lyvit.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Any liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product. We also warrant that the Product will be of satisfactory quality.

Products purchased outside of the EU may be subject to import duties or levies on your importation – these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lyvit will not be liable where we fail to perform on a contract due to events outside our own control due to a Force Majeure Event.
